Main mission

• Respond to customer alarms (24 hours a day) to provide basic assistance (lifting, etc.).

 

Mission

The job is to be on call, close to you, to help our customers when they press their alarm button. You go to the person’s home, help them (you’re always in contact with our team of centralists to help and guide you) and, once the intervention is complete, fill in an intervention report.

Special feature

This work is on-call and subject to your availability. For an intervention to take place at our customers’ premises, an alarm must be triggered to request our assistance.
The number of interventions therefore depends on our customers’ needs, depending on their region.

Regions

We are looking for speakers in all regions of French-speaking Switzerland.

Compensation

• Hourly rate CHF 80.
• First full hour + additional minutes prorated to the hourly rate.
• 25% surcharge for night shifts (11pm – 6am)

Sales technician

• Visit our customers and install call for help systems.

Profile required:

• Sales skills
• At ease with computers
• Good interpersonal skills with an older clientele
• Perfect command of written and spoken French.
• Driving license and car essential.
• No criminal record.
